Week 4 – Cold Color Psychology

Throughout the entire January we had just a few days of actual snow, nothing substantial, but also nothing unheard of. So I started the week of with not too much motivation for this challenge. Once the weekend rolled around as did snow clouds, and not very little of them. In fact, it snowed for about 24 hours straight, which turned our lovely marsh and field lands into a snowy winter wonderland.

Once everything turns white and grey, it becomes very easy to communicate cold temperatures and feelings. While it should not be too surprising, it is absolutely mandatory that the circumstances support the general idea that you are looking for. Communicating any warmth or brightness in these pictures would make them feel a little weird and not on point.
